Gmail

Read, search, and send emails — without leaving Agent Nine.

Connect

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click Connect next to Gmail
3. Authorize Agent Nine in the popup
4. Done — Gmail is now available

Examples

Check my unread emails

Find emails from alex@company.com about the deployment

Send an email to the team: "Standup moved to 3pm today"

Reply to the latest message from marketing: "Approved, go ahead"

Show me all starred emails from this week

Search for emails with attachments about "Q4 report"

Tips

• Use natural date ranges — "emails from yesterday", "messages this week", "last month's invoices"
• Specify recipients clearly — use email addresses or names as they appear in your contacts
• Review before sending — Agent Nine will show you the draft and ask for confirmation before sending

Disconnect

Go to Settings → Integrations → click Disconnect next to Gmail.
